Best diptyque store I have been to. The girl working there was super friendly and kind. Helped us through the process we got a eau rose, a new fragrance (thanks to her, she was very helpful).
The whole aura is defined with quality and luxury. Highly recommend the place and staff who was young but talented in dealing with clients.

We had the friendliest sales associate here, I wish I knew her name. She was very young but so professional and passionate about her job. She was able to speak English very well and spoke some French with my husband, too. She was so kind and knowledgeable. We told her we were going to buy from the airport store in order to shop tax free directly, but she still helped us and made sure we had a pleasant visit to the store.

Dear Diptyque team,

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your Antwerp store today. As regular and loyal customers of Diptyque, we’ve always appreciated the elegance and care that usually defines your brand — but unfortunately, today’s visit was far from that standard.

We were assisted by a sales associate named Astrid, whose attitude came across as condescending and rushed. Without asking, she began listing prices of the products in a way that felt unnecessarily pointed — as if to suggest they might be out of our price range. Despite clearly mentioning three times that I already owned a specific Eau de Toilette, she failed to inform me that I could have had my bottle refilled — a key piece of information I only learned at the end of the transaction, thanks to a much friendlier colleague (a student employee), who kindly stepped in.

At checkout, Astrid abruptly called out the price (€315) in a way that felt pushy and impatient. When I inquired about receiving a few samples of other fragrances I liked, she curtly stated I could only receive one sample maximum. Again, the student employee kindly offered to include an extra sample, adding that “it doesn’t matter,” showing the warmth and attentiveness we’ve come to expect from Diptyque.

After the purchase was completed, the student employee politely mentioned the refill option, which not only offers better value but is also a more sustainable choice. This visibly annoyed Astrid, who then rushed us out of the store.

We left feeling frustrated and unwelcome — something we’ve never experienced before at Diptyque. This encounter has genuinely made us reconsider our relationship with the brand.

I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as we do value Diptyque’s products and image, but believe your in-store experience should always reflect the same quality and respect.

We waren voor een dagje in Antwerpen en passeerden toevallig langs Diptyque. Ik kende het merk al, maar had nog nooit een winkel bezocht. Wat ’n ervaring! Ge wordt hier super vriendelijk ontvangen en de medewerkers nemen echt hun tijd om u te helpen zonder dat ge u verplicht voelt om iets te kopen. De geuren zijn speciaal, verfijnd en zo anders dan wat ge overal vindt. Uiteindelijk toch een parfum meegenomen waar ik opslag verliefd op was. Echt een aanrader als ge in ’t Antwerpse zijt en uzelf iets moois gunt!
