So Bad!! Customer service is appalling. I was looking for an eyebrow gel black. I asked for assistance as there wasn’t any testers on show. The member of staff had no product knowledge at all.I picked up a bottle as seal had clearly been broken in front of the assistant and opened it then she accused me of breaking the seal and told me I had to pay for it. See was standing next to me and she clearly see what had happened then when to the store manager who was completely rude to. I am a 50 yr old woman and could afford the product 10 times over I wasn’t out to cause trouble. But I wasn’t going to be accused of something I hadn’t done on pure principle!! So I didn’t buy anything and never will again. Superdrug will get my custom in future.

It is so easy to leave negative reviews ,I often bypass the 5 star ones ,this store is perfect for anyone who loves all things girly , from nail polish perfumes to hair accessories so much to choose from , the staff were really helpful and happy ,a pleasant experience for the customer , I highly recommend a visit

I was pleasantly surprised at this visit - as a dad of 2, these sort of stores fill me with dread, but it was really well laid out and a lesson in impulse retailing. Girls loved looking around and the range of nail varnish especially is huge!
Really good value and really friendly staff too.

Pros- literally every bit of make up you want/need and more! It's very well organised and the staff are helpful. They sell Nice little gift sets also and every colour of nail varnish u can wish for lol.

Cons-it can be very cramped with a small amount of people.

If you know what you want, it's probably OK but there were no brands of makeup that I knew so I didn't buy. They do have lots of bits and bobs like fake nails, eyelash curlers etc.

Despite this store having a wide range of products, I found them very difficult to find. The skin section was under a sign that said something else like lips/nails/eyes, so that threw me a bit.

I wanted to find a cream based foundation. They had liquids, and they had BB cream, and nothing in between. There also wasn't much of an order of the foundations except in brand. Even then the tones were in no order and the majority of products did not have a wide range of tones.

I wouldn't go here again.

It's been a few years since I've visited this shop and so when I went to Ashford Designer outlet I eagerly went there and found exactly what I wanted with the help of a super helpful, super friendly assistant on the nail varnish section.
They have a huge selection of most things cosmetic at good prices and it's a great store to go to.
