It's okay the staff are nice enough it is however always difficult to speak to someone if you need to. A little more training on how to do returns needs to be done as ended up in there over 20 minutes just trying to do a straightforward return.

Carol served me on the checkout on Christmas Eve and wished me Happy Birthday as she noticed I was using a special Boots points voucher issued in my Birthday month.She also asked me if I wanted to use my accumulated Boots points for the transaction which was a good idea.A very pleasant experience for Christmas Eve.

Good for photo editing and photo services that the store has been used for over the years, also good for general stuff that is needed for day to day times. Helpful staff when there is enough of them, and a well stocked store for things that are needed.

Went to collect an emergency prescription for baby formula..was told that they didn’t have any when it was on their shelf and than questioned the need for the baby milk as I had some a two weeks ago! Waiting time ridiculous plus phone is never answered.

Appalling in every way.
Always say there is no prescription.
However after I call the prescription service (who tell me what time they sent it) they miraculously find it. It happens multiple times a year. Always long queues. Often a staff member with poor english who struggles to understand request.

Every time I try and go here it’s closed! I heard of for a high street chain to be Closed at lunch time - peak time for most workers & people, stagger your lunch breaks so you don’t have to close or hire enough staff to cover the busiest period - it’s 2023.

Review based on my recent experience at Lewes Boots

Too long to get prescriptions.
Received not complete as “not in stock”. No follow up afterwards as to when stock received so still missing prescription. Only 2 allowed in store to pick up prescription as short staffed so waited in a queue outside in rain. Unfortunately I have now had to move chemists to be sure I receive timely and complete prescriptions.
