Had a "treatment day" with my sister. Both Vicky and Amy were both lovely and made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. My first evrr facial, Vicky made me feel very comfortable and confident in what she was doing and I felt amazing for days after! Will definitely come back for another. We both had pedicures which was a wonderful experience and great quality polish and finish. Thank you!! The afternoon tea was glorious in front of the roaring fire and Christmas tree. A wonderful day all-round. I felt all the staff went above and beyond for us and were so friendly and welcoming.

Highly recommend this most lovely place, with an incredible team! Had a 60 minute facial today with Lucy, she is so gentle and kind. I feel like a new woman. Beautiful place to relax, and their products are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Lucy!

Lucy was absolutely brilliant with my Signature Pedicure - an hour of relaxation. Lucy was warm and very friendly - the atmosphere was very relaxing, it was clean and I love the decor. Great choice of treatments available, I will be returning and would recommend this hidden gem to anyone wanting to spoil themselves.

Today I had a wonderful facial with Charlotte. An hour of total indulgence, in serene & beautiful surroundings Charlotte demonstrated expertise and professionalism and I felt totally relaxed and looked after. My skin both looked and felt great afterwards. Highly recommended.

Spent a wonderful morning at The Treatment Rooms with Lucy. I had a luxury pedicure and I can’t fault Lucy’s attention to detail, care and professionalism. She time manages beautifully and whilst I’m not a resident (yet), I will definitely return as often as I can. Charming location - utterly peaceful. Thank you.

I booked my mum in for a Personalised Performance Facial for mother’s day/Bday. The spa area is beautifully presented, a calm and quiet space.
Lucy who did the treatment was lovely. With my mum saying her massage (back massage and face massage) was perfect!
My mum came out totally relaxed and skin glowing.
I’ll be booking in myself next time I’m in Hastings!
